Projects Completed
- Gateway Financial - Full computerized
inventory and bar-code of 12,869 line item inventory of YS-11
material with over 50,000 individual parts. Project completed
on time and on budget
- Comerica Bank - Inventory Audit and
review of Chapter 7 liquidation of an Aviation company with an over
40,000 line item inventory. Project consisted of:
- Full bar-coding and entry of data
into proprietary M&M Services database.
- Comparison of collect data versus company
provided data.
- Movement of material to two offsite
locations.
- General cleanup of facilities
- Setup of material at destination
- Successful "Count Once Handle
Once" methodology.
- MD Helicopter - Full inventory audit
using company provided information. The inventory consisted of
over 13,000 individual part numbers.
- Pegasus Aviation - Complete Inventory of
over 5,000 line items of Boeing 737, 727, and 767 material.
Project required asset review and value assignment to individual
units.
- Starman Bros. Auctions - Assist in the
setup and inventory of material for several auctions.
- GMAC Commercial Finance - Complete
inventory audit of over 42,000 line items of aviation
material. Material needed to be packed and readied for
shipment. Breakdown of racks and complete cleanup of
facilities.
